Terms & Conditions
Last updated: January 2026
1. Our service
Final Flourish Co. ("we", "us") provides property presentation services (decluttering, styling, staging, project management of decoration, repairs and garden works) to prepare residential properties for sale.
2. Quotes & fees
Every engagement begins with a free visit, followed by a fixed written quote. The quoted price is our service fee, covering our time, planning, project management and styling service. Tradespeople and materials are arranged by us but charged separately at cost, with no markup, and are always quoted to you before work begins.
Additional hours beyond the agreed scope are charged at £65 per hour, and only ever with your prior agreement. Rubbish and waste removal is charged at cost plus a small handling fee.
3. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our service fee is payable 50% on booking and 50% on completion. Third-party trade and material costs are invoiced as incurred and are payable within 7 days.
4. Staging items
Furniture, artwork and decorative items supplied for staging remain our property unless purchased. They are provided on loan for the agreed marketing period and must be returned in their original condition.
5. Access & cooperation
You agree to provide reasonable access to the property for the agreed works. Timescales are estimates given in good faith and may be affected by access, weather or third-party availability.
6. Liability
We hold public liability insurance and engage insured tradespeople. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. We do not guarantee a specific sale price or timescale; figures quoted in our marketing reflect past results and are not a promise of future performance.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel up to 14 days before the agreed start date at no charge. Within 14 days, we may charge for costs already committed on your behalf.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
