When you request a quote or work with us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, property postcode, the nature of your enquiry, and any information you include in your message.
3. How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange visits, prepare quotes, deliver our services, and keep in touch about your project. We do not sell your data, and we only share it with tradespeople and suppliers where necessary to carry out agreed work.
4. Legal basis
We process your data to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform that contract, and where we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our business.
5. Retention
We keep enquiry details for up to two years, and records relating to completed work for six years, after which they are securely deleted.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to processing or request portability. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
