How our pricing works
The price shown is our service fee: our time, thinking, project management and styling service. Tradespeople and materials are arranged by us but charged separately at cost, with no markup, and always quoted before work begins.
Light Touch
from £1,500

Signature Touch
from £3,500
Everything in Light Touch, plus
- Full repaint of key rooms
- Exterior refresh: front door, sills, fences
- Proper gardening & minor repairs
- Elevated styling: artwork, linen, side tables
- Deep clean before photography
Master Touch
from £10,000
Everything in Signature Touch, plus
- Light building work: cabinetry, non-structural wall removal, bathroom refresh
- Kitchen facelift
- New flooring or carpets where required
- Full furniture staging: sofas, beds, dining, coffee & bedside tables
- All trades project-managed, one point of contact
Rubbish and waste removal at cost plus a small handling fee. Additional hours at £65/hour, only ever with your agreement first. Every job starts with a free visit and a fixed written quote.
